This place offers wonderful accommodation close to the Riverwalk and downtown attractions, with a delicious breakfast including scrambled eggs and potatoes.

The room was brand-new, provided with the a/c, shower and a non clean bathroom. The hotels' team was incredible.

The hotel is fairly clean, with AWESOME personal, and offers marvellous location very close to the downtown attractions, downtown and the market square. Make sure you stay in the a double room with k bed. TV set, a microwave oven and a fridge are available.

I paid for a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room but smelled badly of stale cigarettes, when I asked for another room they said it wasn't guaranteed through Booked.net,but I should them the online reservation that stated strictly non smoking he replied we don't have any other rooms available, which was false. I told them I would like one by the next day or I would be checking out. After two days there was no respond to my request so I checked out and found another. Secondly the smoke detector in the room was there but no battery or battery cover.

As a business it is clearly being run badly. Sensation of dirtiness, furniture in the room broken and not even removed. The bath curtain torn up. Saw a cockroach in the bathroom at night. Ah! the elevator is a mortal trap: I got stuck 3 times after the door was blocked.

I had a great experience at this hotel, it's in a perfect downtown location just a 20-minute walk from the bus station.

The breakfast was not nice... Also, my room smelt cigarette when I asked for a non-smoking room but the staff was willing to change the room. Also, the description said 5mins walk from the convention centre but that's not true.

This hotel is fantastic and always my top pick when visiting San Antonio. The property is clean, has a really friendly staff, and the rooms are spacious. The beds are super comfy, and the rooms come equipped with central heating, a TV, and a microwave. The private bathrooms are large, and the location is convenient, not too far from downtown and close to the market square.

Nothing, its worst

Bedsheets stink, whole hotel smells smoke even I have booked a non-smoking room it was worst. Its dirty every where and carpet stinks. They offer a complimentary breakfast which is very worst.

The location was perfect - near downtown area, the downtown attractions, and the market square. Downtown - Riverwalk district was worth exploring. The room had central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave for convenience.

The staff was the only redemtive quality the hotel held for us.

The bedding was stained, the rooms were small, the a/c filter needed changed, not enough parking, and just overall not kept up or clean.
